Built in 1690, the ornate Basilica de Zapopan is one of the
city's oldest structures.

The Instituto Cultural Cabanas houses the work of Jalisco's
own Jose Clemente Orozco.

Plaza Tapatia is a popular seven-block-long public space with
sculptures, stores and restaurants.

Guadalajara has three top-notch soccer teams, including Chivas,
Atlas and Tecos.

There are dozens of fine museums in the city, including the
