was the fifth annual event co-created by Planeta.com in Oaxaca
City. The event took place Saturday, February 12 at Instituto

HIGHLIGHTS
Visitors to the fair had direct access to local tour operators,
community representatives and artisans. It was an easy way of
learning about places to visit and how to travel in
a responsible manner.
Roundtable discussions focused on three topics: Art
and Culture in Rural Communities; Local Efforts to Promote
Biking
in Oaxaca and New Trends in the Mezcal
Industry.
Among the participants were students and professors from universities
in Veracruz and Chiapas.
