LOCATION -- Pochutla is a central hub on Oaxaca's Pacific Coast. Distances: Puerto Angel -- 12 kilometers; Mazunte -- 25 kilometers; Huatulco -- 50 kilometers; Puerto Escondido -- 70 kilometers; Oaxaca City -- 250 kilometers; Tuxtla Gutierrez -- 500 kilometers.

TRANSPORTATION -- Direct bus service is available to towns on the coast and Oaxaca City.
