PHOTO GALLERY: Lessons from Mexico

Tamaulipas is a charming state with a wealth of natural beauty and local traditions and is located in the northeastern corner of the country along the Gulf of Mexico. Towns of Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and Matamoros are all important gateways in the Borderlands. The state is justly famous for its section of the Sierra Madre Oriental, particularly the El Cielo Biosphere Reserve.
