| Celebrating World Water Day (March
22), Planeta.com is issuing
a call to photographers to refresh the World
Water Group hosted online Flickr.
"Water is one of the critical issues in developing responsible
travel and ecotourism,"
said Ron Mader, host of Planeta.com. "We've found that
one of the best ways of engaging locals
and visitors is by asking them to share pictures."
Among the subjects requested in the World
Water Group: photos of water conservation, recreation and
education.
The World
Water Group has more than 30 members sharing more than 350
photos from around the globe. A presentation
and how-to guide is featured on Slideshare.
