The most useful edits are simple and direct. Here are the step-by-step
instructions if you care to make helpful edits:
When submitting a factual correction, provide specific information
-- starting with the URL of the document with the incorrect
information.
Copy and paste the text into the body of an email and put edits
in brackets -- []s. Write in normal letters. Please do not use
capital letters, italics or quotes.
Indicate which paragraphs need corrections by copying the first
five words or so of the paragraph followed by corrections.
Indicate deletions by [DELETE -- followed by text]
Indicate changes or suggestions by [SUGGESTION -- followed by
comment]
Indicate additions by [new text]
