The Internet has changed the way we access food – think online supermarket shopping, food bloggers (when was the last time you used a cook book?), nutrition info at your fingertips and what your friend had for dinner last night plastered over social media.
Panelists include:
- Emma Foley, who launched UberEATS here in NZ, will discuss the impact that the Internet is having on the food market, and opportunities for entrepreneurs
- Collier Isaacs from Farm IQ will talk about what is happening overseas with farm to plate tech and what the main opportunities for NZ are
- Bruce Baillie, will give his perspective as Alliance Leader – Food Supply and Integrity Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers
NZ Chef, Martin Bosley, will chair the event.
If you can’t make it in person, you can watch the livestream video. Remote participants can interact and ask questions on the live-stream chat.
