The Channon is one of the world’s best markets. More than 220 stallholders display and sell wares, produce and crafts. Scattered around Coronation Park, The Channon is held on the 2nd Sunday of the month. The market is both alcohol-free and pet-free.

The Channon (a local aboriginal term for the Burrawang palm, a type of cycad that proliferates along the ridge lines in the area) is a village in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales, Australia. It is about 18 kilometers northwest of Lismore and about 21 kilometers from Nimbin. It is part of the City of Lismore.
