Honey Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
3-1/2 to 4 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamon
1 level teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
Cream butter and sugar. Add honey and remaining ingredients with
enough flour to roll out dough.
Roll out rather thin and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Check at 6 minutes.
