February 3 8 News NOW Living Green Super Recycling Day, Thomas and Mack Center Parking Lot, 7:30am-230pm
The seventh annual event is held at the Thomas and Mack Parking lot off Swenson and Tropicana Avenue.
8 News Now: “Don’t know what to do with your old electronics like TVs or computers? Do you have car or vehicle batteries lying around? Or do you simply need documents shredded or even unexpired or unused medicine you do not know what to do with? Join 8 News NOW, for our 7th annual Super Saturday Recycling event. Recycle electronics and documents safely and responsibly; anything that can be plugged in or takes batteries will be accepted.”

Republic Services will be accepting co-mingled recyclables.
Clean out your medicine cabinet as Care Coalition will be collecting unused or expired medication.
New and gently used CHILDREN books will be collected by Spread the Word Nevada.
Finally, up to four boxes, or bags, of documents can be shredded for free, courtesy of Shred-It.
