Las Vegas – The Chinatown Plaza Inc. organizes the largest Lunar New Year Celebration in all Las Vegas. Celebrations take place Sunday, February 25 from 10am-5pm. Admission will be $3.00 for adults and $1 for children ages 6-12. Kids 5 and under are free.

Included with the celebration is the largest Asian Food Gathering in the Valley. Featured dishes include Korean, Mandarin, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Hawaiian cuisine and others.

About 5,000 people are expected throughout the day.

About the Year of the Dog
In 2018, the first day of the Chinese New Year is February 16. Celebrations take place over the following two weeks.
